Building EVOLVE | The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report and What It Means for You…

Building something that doesn’t exist is never easy.

When I started EVOLVE, people asked:

“ A Global community, Carlos? Isn’t this too ambitious”?

Author - Another sceptic out there

Maybe.
But ambition is necessary when the landscape keeps shifting.

We’re not building for headlines.
We’re building for what’s next.

WEF Report: The Job Market Is Being Rewritten

The 2025 Future of Jobs report by the World Economic Forum paints a clear picture:

  • 92 million jobs will vanish by 2030

  • 170 million jobs will emerge

  • That’s a net gain of 78 million roles, or 7% growth in global employment

But it’s not just about numbers.
It’s about what kind of work, where, and who gets to do it.

One stat stands out:

1 in 6 people will be over 60 by 2030.
An ageing workforce, combined with automation, geopolitical shifts, and AI adoption, means we must evolve our skills, strategies, and networks.
What do the jobs of the future look like?

So, Where Does EVOLVE Fit In?

We’re not just another online group or content hub.

EVOLVE is:

Present in 43+ markets ( and counting)

Our network grows every month, not because of ads, but because members invite others who belong here. The insights coming from Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America are just as critical as what you hear in London or New York.

Powered by Experience

Expert Sessions aren’t webinars, they’re conversations with operators, founders, and executives who’ve built things under pressure. Many are navigating complex markets or leading transformations quietly, away from LinkedIn fanfare.

Built on Trust, Not Vanity Metrics

This isn’t a place to pitch. It’s a place to exchange, mentor, and grow. From strategic partnerships to career pivots, members support each other across borders and sectors.

Focused on Perspective

We value people who bring lived experience. Someone who’s seen the ripple effects of tariffs in Shenzhen or built loyalty programs in Bogotá. That’s where learning happens — and where real business gets unlocked

From the Community

At OMR in Hamburg, I caught up with Rafael Barini, who led RBI’s digital transformation across 140+ countries. He joined EVOLVE to accelerate his learning and expand his network.

Now, if someone like Rafael, with decades of delivery and global responsibility under his belt, is preparing for what’s next...

What are you doing to prepare?

EVOLVE @OMR - Ben Harmanaus - Principal Media Campaign LEAD, Product, Brand, Audience Development Studio- Hubspot

Ben breaks down how HubSpot quietly became a global force.
Why every company today needs to think and operate like a media company.

Time to EVOLVE

Keep the conversation going in our WhatsApp group and exclusive Mighty Networks community—that’s where real connections happen.

Make sure to follow our newsletter, where we highlight what’s shaping our club. In the coming months, we’ll be announcing new partnerships, events, meetups, and the opportunities our members are creating together.
